Her interest decreased significantly after second date,what shall I do?

I talked to this girl on msn and we went on a date and everything felt wonderfull, she leaned in and kissed me on the lips afterwards

We went on a second date and after this date her interest in me decreased significantly

I was having a lot of Kino going on on this date kissed her and touched her a lot , we were at my apartment but she didn´t like my taste in decoration at all(she had to go early so sex was out of the question)

I kissed her first this time when we said goodbye

I have asked her "what are you doing next week?" and " I would love to meet you again soon" but she said that I am really busy right now " She is a really busy person but it´s impossible not to notice that she isn´t as interested as after the first date"

Should I just say "I want to meet you next Saturday!" and then say a time and a place!?

If she can´t come this time shall I suggest some other time and day?

Maybe the best thing would be to just say a time and a date then forget about her if she can´t come

I was out sarging this weekend and I saw no one that was as hot as this chick so I know that I have to look for a while before finding someone that can replace her so to speak.

I am considering making her jelous to make her more interested

I have mentioned another girl so many times in conversations with her that it´s obvious that I like this other girl

This girl is also really hot (an hb10 but taken) I have pics of her and me (cheek to cheek) on msn that I can change to if I want

I am actually considering changing my msn pic to this pic and then asking the girl for a meeting this weekend (on msn) and if she turns me down or seems doubtfull, I will say to her that I have to go and meet this other girl, I wont mention that its the girl on the pic though.
